• Agra Solaris: Working with Green Syndications Canada Inc to provide above average investor returns from the Government of Ontario’s new feed-in tariffs (FIT) program for renewable energy. Focused on the Ontario solar generation market, the first phase will launch in July 2010.

Green Syndications (a subsidiary of Syndications Canada) has been set up to capitalize on the new Green Energy Act in Ontario which has the Feed In Tariff (FIT) program which allows private investors to become involved in "green" renewable power generation projects that feed into the Ontario Power Grid with sales contracts lasting up to 20 years.
Green Syndications specializes in solar power and small wind turbines (up to 4.5 kw). The company is well funded and has the capacity to plan, build and implement small, medium and large scale solar PV farms both ground and roof mounted. There is an installation team, owned by Green Syndications with a 2,500 sq ft workshop in Brampton as well as a network of associated planning, engineering, legal land, and environmental assessment experts to assess and process Solar and wind power generation projects and applications to the OPA in a timely and efficient manner.

• The Investment Show: Held in Toronto this year has attracted the attention of the Canadian investment community with high-profile exhibitors, guest speakers, an exclusive authors series. The Investment Show is an opportunity for TFSA providers, wealth management experts, financial advisors and brokers to showcase their products and services to 4,000 consumers during the investing season. The next Investment Show will be on Feb 5/6th, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Toronto, with plans for extension into other markets.
• The Property Show: Targets investors and consumers interested in real estate, land and property investment opportunities within Canada, US and abroad. The Property Show is on Nov 13 2010 at the Haytt Regency Toronto and planned for Spring 2011.

Focused on leveraging the training & development opportunities created by associated company’s business activities. Major business streams currently being developed.

• Taking Courses: Launched in 2004, this company seeks to provide a connection between learners and learning providers. The company offered both on-line and print based course calendars, both of which are currently undergoing redevelopment prior to relaunching.
• Speaker’s Bureau: Currently under develop- ment to leverage and extend the “Brand” of key authors and business professionals currently working with associated companies.
• Hardcore Poker Network: Is an online meeting place with many services.It was developed for users to have a fun and safe place to chat, share and learn how to play poker online.

Maximizes the print and electronic publication channels as well as providing timely quality media production to support the associated company divisions. It is equipped with an in-house high speed digital colour duplicating pressroom, large format poster outputs and a complete book-binding capacity. In addition, a web development team established in 2010 has increased opportunities to further enhance the associated company division’s marketing programs. Current projects are:

• By You Books: The company developed a web based self publishing bookstore to drive authors and utlize the on-demand publishing resources.
• Get-Smart: This group will syndicate, publish and distribute Canadian spelling crosswords and word puzzle books.
