To the clients of Syndications Canada Inc. and Energy Syndications Inc.

Regarding the reason for the total lack of communication with clients:

regarding the Ontario Securities Commission's (OSC) Order of June 6, 2011. This Order issued under Section 11(1) of the Securities Act, as issued by Yvonne Lo, dated May 11, 2011 and pursuant to section 13 of the Securities Act. In this Order it states:

Please be advised that there is a high degree of confidentiality associated with this matter. We wish to bring to your attention section 16(1) of the Securities Act which states as follows:

"16.(1) Non-disclosure-Except in accordance with section 17, no person or company shall disclose at any time, except to his, her or its counsel,

(a) the nature or content of an order under section 11 or 12; or

(b) the name of any person examined or sought to be examined under section 13, any testimony given under section 13, any information obtained under section 13, the nature or content of any questions asked under section 13, the nature or content of any demands for the production of any document or other thing under section 13, or the fact that any document or other thing was produced under section 13."

As the OSC has requested every client file, sales records, financial records, and most every other document required to operate, there is nothing left to discuss with clients until the OSC matter concludes.
